Q&A

Q. Can I book an appointment outside of regular business hours?

A. I offer flexible scheduling when possible, even outside of regular hours. If you have a specific time in mind, feel free to reach out — I’ll do my best to accommodate your request!
In the past, the earliest appointment was at 7:30 AM and the latest was at 9:00 PM, so don’t hesitate to ask.

What’s the difference between a traditional lash lift, lash extensions, and a No-Glue Lash Lift?

Traditional Lash Lift:
Uses glue to attach natural lashes to a rod and chemically curls them upward. Glue may cause discomfort and interfere with the lash softening process, making it harder for the lift to last especially on strong, downward-facing lashes.
Lash Extensions:
Popular among those who love a dramati look. But since synthetic lashes are individually glued onto your natural lashes, they can cause discomfort for those with glue sensitivities or lead to lash shedding over time. They also require frequent upkeep, with fills needed every 2–3 weeks.
No-Glue Lash Lift:
A gentler alternative using a balm instead of glue. More comfortable, easier to clean, and typically longer lasting especially effective for stubborn or downward facing lashes. Its low maintenance and natural results make it a hit and common in South Korea and it's getting more and more popular in the U.S. too.

Q. How long will my lash lift last, and what should I avoid after?

A. Lash lift results can vary greatly depending on each person's lash growth cycle and aftercare, but on average, they last around 6 weeks.
To maintain results, avoid water, steam, and oil-based products around the eyes for the first 6 hours at least. Ideally 24 hours
Try to keep your lashes dry for a day from treatment when possible and avoid waterproof mascara.
For healthier, longer-lasting results, we also recommend applying a lash serum regularly to nourish and strengthen your lashes.

Q. I have very sensitive eyes or skin. Is it still okay for me to get a lash lift?

A. I’ve performed over 1,000 lash lifts with very few cases of minor irritation, like redness or itching which typically resolved within a few hours. I use Hypoallergenic, high-quality products, and our No-Glue Lash Lift is especially suitable for sensitive clients.
But If you’ve had allergic reactions in the past or know you’re highly sensitive, we recommend a patch test in advance. A $20 non-refundable deposit is required.
We can apply a small amount of the solution behind your ear or on your wrist for 5 minutes to check for any reaction. If you feel comfortable and give your consent, we will proceed with the treatment. Please let us know right away if you experience any discomfort during the procedure.
Your comfort and safety are always our top priority.

Q. Can I wear eye makeup or mascara after a lash lift?

A. It’s essential to keep your lashes completely dry and untouched for the first 6 hours to allow the lift to fully set. You can wear eye makeup after a lash lift, but we recommend waiting at least 24 hours before applying any products around your eyes.
Avoid waterproof mascara and oil-based makeup removers, as they can weaken the lift and shorten its lifespan.
You can also wear false lashes, but since they may alter the curl or shape, we suggest waiting at least a full day after your lift before applying them.
For the best results, keep your lashes clean and dry, and use a lash serum daily to maintain healthy, lifted lashes.

Q. What is brow lamination, and how does it work?

A. Brow lamination is a treatment that smooths, straightens, and sets your brow hairs in place to create a fuller, more defined, and lifted look.
A gentle solution is applied to relax the hair structure, allowing the brows to be brushed into your desired shape. The result lasts for 4–6 weeks, giving your brows a tidy, uniform appearance without the need for daily styling

Q. Can I get brow lamination if I’ve had microblading recently?

Yes, However, we recommend waiting at least 2–3 weeks between treatments to avoid irritation and to ensure the best results.
If your skin is healing or recently treated, it’s best to consult with your technician before scheduling.
